According to regulations regarding the open burn ordinance; it is unlawful to burn trash, garbage, plastic products, construction material, such as treated lumber and roofing material, or other hazardous waste.
Burning is allowed between dawn to dusk, Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

In Illinois, it is against the law to leave grass clipping on the road no matter what. It’s called littering and, yes, grass clipping counts as litter according to Illinois General Assembly.
If you own a private pool with a depth of 3 feet or more in the Village of Bradford please abide by the Pool Ordinance by having a fence of not less than 4 feet around it and pay an annual fee of $75.00 at the Village Office for the cost of annual pool maintenance and filling.
Elsie Drawyer Hodges Park is open to the public between the hours of 5 am and dusk every day.
The pool is closed for the season.
